Situation: The company is engaged in combat on the banks of the Gwathlo.

Situational Modifiers:
• B1 - Roll(2d6)+9: 5,4,+9 Total:18 SUCCESS - suffers -1 to all actions
• B2 - Roll(2d6)+9: 4,3,+9 Total:16 FAILED - suffers -2 to all actions
• B3 - Roll(2d6)+9: 1,2,+9 Total:12 FAILED - suffers -4 to all actions

Physical Modifiers:
• the terrain is very muddy and slippery, a PC may suffer falling prone from an extraordinary strike or a disastrous failure
• dark areas on the map will limit movement to 1/2; moving through more than 3 squares will require a STR test TN 12 or become stuck until the next round and a successful test; Disastrous failure means the bog is dragging the PC down and will take them in 2d6 rounds
• the terrain does not effect Witherfinger or the Wood Blights

Stunned by Vorandur's capabilities against these foes, Dirnhael quickly whispered thanks to his wife Ioreth -- who provided him the sword -- and the lady Arwen, whose enchantment that rests upon it still carried awesome power. He gritted his teeth and pressed his attack.

:ooc: Matt, the fire is not yet going - the men are working on it.

The companions once more brought their weapons to bear against the possessed trees, but this time the things moved branches to block attacks. Unlike before, the eyes shone a little brighter with a malice that was almost palpable.

B1 takes 11+17 from Celdrahil -16 (8x2) Armor
B1 takes 16+19 from Dirnhael
B1 takes 22+22 from Nain -16 (8x2) Armor

TOTAL DAMAGE to B1: 12+16+19+14+14=75

I posted the updates to the Blights above. I need to do Fengel and will wait for Matt (Rothesay) to perform Edrahil's actions.

Rothesay

:ooc: Hello! Joining in the thick of things it seems. Well, I'll endeavor not to get in the way or trip over anything!

Edrahil, feeling a strange sensation, as though his sinews were strengthened with resolve, realizes that his magical efforts came at a great cost. Worried he might injure his friends and companions between him and the blasted fell creatures if he drew on the power again, he decides to gain a better position from which to render what aid he can. Seeing that Durgil standing firm, he moves towards the melee. (First action, move to R2.)

As he does so, he wonders if there are more of these blighted husks, and indeed, if there might be a malevolence behind them. Drawing on the ancient perceptions of the Eldar, he reached out around him.

Second Action:

Observe (sense power) +6

Rolled 2d6+6 : 5, 3 + 6, total 14

:ooc: So, you type what you need into the roll brackets and it rolls? Nice. It changes with each preview though so I assume only the post roll is good?

Rothesay

:ooc: Whoops, missed the half move thing.

Eldrahil will move to U2.

:ooc: Welcome, Matt!

Yes, the in post dice roller works well, but it doesn't allow edits without tagging them.

You can also add comments within your roll by bracketing them with { } before the dice 2d6. I have an auto fill, too, above which looks like a target (next to the dice roller icon).

Going to be updating this game in a few.
