If you think it appropriate, I could see how a failed roll like Tate's could be translated as either the wolf-king and his men jeering Tate and drowning him out, or perhaps it incites one of his men to shoot an arrow at Tate and the fight begins while we're unprepared.

Cubicle7 boards are gone and Google Plus soon will be. What is going to keep this game alive as a community?

Why are the boards disappearing? Is Cubicle 7 going under?

Cubicle 7 decided to shit down their boards awhile ago instead of conforming to EU standards. Notsure why other companies could but they cant.... so there is zero community for the game and apparently Jon Hodgson, the guy who did a lot of the illustration and was the TOR voice for the company left in September. So far nothing new for TOR has dropped for preorder and the last, I'd say year or so, has all been old material converted to 5e.

I'm still holding out hope for The Laughter of Dragons, but I'd say that the Moria boxes set they were talking about is probably in the 'what might have been' basket now.

Lots of the G+ TTRPG community has migrated over to MeWe, and there seems to be a decent sized TOR community there already. 

We have a TOR  Loremaster Facebook page, too, if you guys want to come join.

yeah, Moria mega dungeon might have been cool. I saw it as a step up from the MERP book. "Its huge, roll on this random table to see what room is next!"

I actually think Moria might come out, but only if they can cross it with AIME.

Has anyone heard from Mike (our latest new player) lately?  I've sent him a PM letting him know that the battle is about to start, but that probably isn't the most efficient way to contact him, given that it doesn't seem like he checks the boards any more. 

Where did we post the qualities of the standard?

Hey Paul, you can click the little envelope under his name to send him an email - other than that, I talked to him on FB. I can try to reach out to him there.

I am going to go with the idea that he is no longer with us. The plight of PbP gaming - some people jump in with both feet and others don't and then disappear.

Still, worth the try to reach out and see if he has intentions of playing.
