This isn't getting me anywhere; they just won't stop.  Might as well finish this quick.  Durgil skids to a stop, turns around and charges his nearest foe.  "If you want a piece of me, you'll have to earn it!" he yells as Silivren slices through the rain.

Fengel was not a religious man, but his attacks were so fluid this night, he felt as though Ilúvatar himself was aiding him.
OOC: I don't know if the Eothraim would have known Ilúvatar, if not please sub what god they would have had faith in.

-------------------------
Action 1: Roll(2d6)-1: 5,5,-1 Total:9 SUCCESS [The area is lit up for all to see better, so the -5 darkness penalty is removed - starting next round; everyones eyes must adjust]

Koskas attempts to parry Fengel:
TN 26, 19, 26 AC +9, Dazed -1, Night-eyed +5, Weather -7

Action 1: Roll(2d6)+6: 4,3,+6 Total:13 FAILED [Full damage -3 armour = 16]

Koskas was overwhelmed by the sudden bright light of Edrahil's spell and then came the wrath of Fengel's attacks. Cerduil slashed viciously in the arcane glow and the werewolf fell backwards to the ground his body bleeding from mortal strokes.

Dirnhael and Fengel moved up, poised to send Koskas back to the nether realms from which he came. The wolf's eyes glowed red from Edrahil's magic and he coughed a bloody laugh - both men stared on in confusion until they realized that Koskas stared past them.

Dirnhael turned rapidly to see that the dilapidated two-story structure that they had been combating under was slowly leaning over them, parts of it now crashing down around them. Koskas had missed the Dúnadan with his sorcerous blast, but the energy had struck the old building and blown through some of its supporting walls and beams.

With a terrifying creak, the structure gave way completely and fell...

Not far away, Durgil's sword took the Sagath in the stomach and pierced all the way through. The sudden change in tactic took the man completely unawares and the Dúnadan heard him gasp as he died, the man clutching onto Durgil's clothes as he slid to the ground.

Suddenly, the ground under Durgil shook and a terrible sound of a building collapsing filled the night.

[OOC:] Okay, the Company needs to make a serious Dodge roll to evade the falling building. You may make two attempts, one in this round and one in the next. Damage will be computed in the next round based on DOS of the Dodge roll.

For right now, you all need to Dodge TN 15. I will grant a +1 affinity bonus for both Jump and Run. If you succeed, I will post results in the next combat round... if you fail, you may make one more attempt in the next round but the new TN will be 18.

Damage from the collapse will be as follows (for either round Dodge test):

Disastrous Failure = 90
Complete Failure = 60
Failure = 30
Marginal Success = 20
Complete Success = 15
Superior Success = 10
Extraordinary Success = no damage

Durgil... the other two Sagath will not be able to attack this round due to surprise

OOC: Just my luck - we finally have Koskas on the ropes, and then the falling building rolls an Initiative of 9 or 10! LOL

***

OOC: Oh, boy - and me without any Courage Points. Pancakesville, here I come! :(

Dodge (TN 15): Dodge +2, Jump affinity bonus +1, Run affinity bonus, +1 = +4
Roll(2d6)+4:5,5,+4 Total:14: FAIL by 1

***

After watching Fengel join the fray, Dirnhael felt renewed confidence - they had Koskas this time.
He heard the building before he saw it, a low grumble in the din of the thunder as the foundations cracked.
"Move!" he shouted to his friends, and his feet slipped a bit in the mud as he tried to push Fengel aside... the hideous smile of Koskas was the last thing he saw before the dust and mud and stone took him.

Next Round Initiative (which may not matter): Roll(2d6)+2: 2,2,+2 Total:6

LOTR Characters:Dirnhael, Vári
ST Characters:Stonn, Ramos
SW Character: Caden Whitesun
