Prison attack - round 11

Situation: The party is split up - four on the second floor of the prison (Logar, Britton Sam and Kara) and two on the third floor (Kaida, Brim), and Caden flies the Aegis above the prison; the troopers attack again.

Team Alpha 2 - 5 Regular troopers (S21-25), 2 heavy troopers (H9-10), 1 Officer (O5), and ISBO Falken Wright (unegaged on stairs up to the second floor near maintenance shack)

Team Alpha 4 - 1 Regular trooper (S19), 2 heavy troopers (H7-8), 1 Officer (O4), 1 Regular trooper (S18) is incapacitated (engaged in Prison)

Team Alpha 3 - incapacitated - 4 Regular troopers (S11-14), 1 heavy troopers (H5), 1 Officer (O3) (all unconscious in prison level 2)
Team Alpha 1 - destroyed
Team Alpha 5 - destroyed

Caden will prep the ship for a quick landing and takeoff atop the prison, and scan the surface for any targets of opportunity. He will not fire on the building itself for fear of collapsing any part of it onto his companions.

Kaida was relieved to hear that the Aegis was above them. They might just make it after all. She once again tried to raise the team on her comm.

"Proceed to extraction up top!" she called into the comm. "We have the prisoner!"

She could hear the sound of blaster fire and muted explosions coming from below and knew her friends must still be heavily engaged.

She turned to Brim and grabbed his shoulder nodding to the prisoners. "Take them to the ship. I'm going to help the others. Once they're safely stowed inside, we could use your help." Then leaving the prisoners in the care of the Rodian, she turned and ran down the hallway.

:ooc: Full round action: She'll run back to the ladder and will slide down fireman style.

Britton heard the sounds of combat intesifying around him. Some how that battle was getting bigger, growing in scope. At this particular moment he wasnt to impressed with Logar and his chances of ever making it off the second level of the prison. The commlink crackled and he heard that they had gotten the prisoner. That was good news. Britton smelled that ozone smell of blaster fire and looked at the destruction they had wrought in this area of the prison. All this in a split second, he then pivoted around the corner and fired his carbine into the imperial trooper in front of him.

Kara fired out the door again at the officer near here.  They needed to get out of this place, and quickly.  Her place should be on the Aegis flying them out of here, not in a firefight.

Logar was hurt, taking fire from multiple troopers. He'd lost count as to how many of these dogs he killed, likely the empire would make more. He gathered himself for a fighting retreat. Or a suicide rush, whichever came first.

Kaida is now on the second floor

Logar gains back 15 hit points to 19; his attack needs adjusted for range and condition so 23 -2 -1 = 20, which is still a success. Heavy trooper H7 is wounded and CT -1

Brim did not free anyone, I am taking that part out of the story, as the friend that was joining bailed out. Instead he ran with Kaida and Danjapa last round and now climbs the ladder to cut open the roof hatch

Britton hits H8 and wounds him

Sam hit and wounded O4

The Imperials toss a grenade on the pirates killing two, weequay commander kills another stormtrooper.

Kara is no longer able to hit O4, as he moved before her initiative order... she is welcome to make a different set of actions. Once Nick resolves Kara's actions, this round is over.

Logar takes half of 11 = 5 damage from H7, S19 misses completely (having been unable to even hit a DC 10 for half damage)  :csu:

Britton takes half of 20 + 13 = 16 from H8  :csu:

As for Kara, instead of holding up the game to end this round, I am just going to also add a MOVE action to get her to firing position on  O4
