[OOC:] Remember that you have Force Points that you can spend too, to help in a result. They kind of work like Courage in the CODA system.

Foe-slaying - when attacking a bane creature, reduce Edge of weapon by value of bearer's Valour
Shadow bane [when in Forward stance, add 1 success die to each attack]
Skirmisher [if carried encumbrance is 12 or less, increase Parry by +3 when in close combat stance]

OOC: And Destiny Points for an auto-20.  Of course these you should save for the ultimate fights.

[OOC:] I am going to wait a bit longer to see if Don wants to make any adjustment to his Perception roll. I am not suggesting that you do, because you may wanna save points for a more critical time, but I still wanna wait to hear.

{OOC} - (oops) Sorry for the hold-up. I won't use the Force Point. Generally I won't use them if the chance of success is only 50-50.
