Seriand still felt his hand guided by the will his ancestors and turned from the mutilated corpses of the enemies he had just slain.  The elven scout took off as quickly as possible and ran towards the last remaining warriors from the initial group (not the archers), he watched in horror as Durgil was pelted with arrows and silently prayed the warrior would be able to fight on and Edrahil would be able to heal his wounds...

OOC: Don't the orcs have a penalty to their attacks from fear and for hitting a moving target?  Also were they (archers) mounted too?  I'm not too clear on that.  I apologize if Im being a pain about this, just trying to keep everything straight.

OOC: Hey Matt, you are correct, the Orc's do have a -1 penalty due to Intimidation... sorry I forgot that. As far as the mounted/moving target, they discarded thier bows this round as an Action and drew their weapons - dropped bows (0 ACTION cost) and drew swords (1 Action cost). Armed combat does not suffer the mounted penalty as archery does and I am not penalizing them with a moving target because they rode in to you as you rode up to them to melee.

I corrected the rolls for the -1 Intimidation penalties... thanks.

As Heostor races towards the orcs, Fengel sees that they too prepare for a fight.  Too his surprise three of the creatures come at him with their scimitars gleaming in the sun.  They moved with speed, and Fengel found himself defending rather then attacking.

OOC: It's a BRAND NEW CAR!! Yes, Fengel you are the proud winner of this brand new 2006 SUV! Unfortunately, it will cost you a ton of money to fill it up with gas... something we have not hit upon too much in this story (money that is ;D). Yep, unlike Heostor, it will take you farther and faster... but it doesn't eat hay! It sucks up a fossil-based fuel in gallons more voraciously than that beautiful horse of yours ever could!

Enjoy! ;D

Anyway, to answer your question... no. Fell-handed clearly states it is a bonus to hit a type of opponent. Cool?

Fengel and Heostor crashed into the attacking orcs and wargs.  Frantically Fengel parried each attack.  Though his perdicament seemed perilous indeed, he was glad to have stopped the orcs from firing anymore arrows.  With a blaze of anger he drove his spear as hard as he could at one of the orcs, and spurred Heostor to break from the enemy.

Ok, so Fengel doesn't get any special bonus for the extraordinary success then? Other than the SUV.
Here is his last action.

OOC: Don't want you to feel cheated Palandil, but these are already MOOK combatants with only 4 hits, no armour benefits, nothing... even on your Extraordinary hits that you guys make, I am giving you 1, 2 or 3 HIT's.

Anyway, we can consider the Orc un-mounted and knocked to the ground, but otherwise this becomes an accounting nightmare for me (in this kind of play-style) to try and keep track of it all. Sorry if that is not an answer you wanna hear, but I want to make sure you guys are having fun but still expedite the game so a battle doesn't last months (instead of weeks).

That's cool Tomcat, I forgot that they are easier to dispatch already.  I just got excited with that rolll, that's all.  We're fine as is.  And just to say it again you're doing a great job narrating the story.
