Round 1 - Friend in need combat

I'll edit this post if my commands require a Command maneuver beyond the Target System maneuver and helm maneuver that I can't remember.

Situation: Two B'rel's are currently engaging an aged and damaged D6 cruiser. I will be rolling initiative for each round and for each ship.

Starting Ranges: The Columbia drops from warp in Round 1 at Extended range; the D6 and B'rel's are at Short range from one another

OOC: oops sorry...  The actual maneuvers will be to Close (hopefully by 2 or increments) and then Fast Attack.  Do my Helm or Tactical officers have extra free maneuvers due to abilities?  Also with Fast Attack, the free Multiweapon Attack is granted, do we have to meet the prereqs for the MW Attack though Fast Attack doesn't have it?

Fast Attack (Command maneuver) successful allowing Grahm to Multiweapon at B'rel 2 [Matt, I do not see anything that states that the pre-req needs to be acheived in the maneuver, so I will allow it, but I am going to impose a -3 penalty to the dice rolls]

As the ship drops out of warp, Darkan gave the commands as routine as any captain of a ship in battle,  "Red Alert, shields up!  Pushkin, close to the nearest B'rel. Grahm, strafe them with everything we've got."

The Columbia quickly maneuvered bringing her in to closer range and Grahm issued the fire command for all weapons. Space around the ship flared red and blue as phasers and photon torpedoes fired and ripped into the Klingon scout-class ship. Her shields resisted a portion of the attack but the bridge crew were pleased to see her slightly list from the impact.

At the same time, Vrang also fired on their other opponent and it to was struck with evident damage... but not enough for either. The B'rels opened up again and Vrang's ships was struck multiple times. Darkan watched as the venerable D6 rocked and shifted under the assault, her hull flashing in areas as it was rent open and systems blew.

Stonn calmy spoke, "The Gr'Toth's shields are down sir."

Darkan nodded, although the viewscreen showed the evidence of that. The Columbia's strafing maneuver had made her pass her primary target but still she was within lethal distance.

"Helm, put us on a course to provide maximum cover to Vrang's ship," Darkan ordered.

- B'rel 1 has Lock On to D6: +3 bonus
- B'rel 2 has Lock On to D6: +3 bonus
