:ooc: This game is supposed to be about player narrative when the dice results are given, and I am not opposed to that at all, but I think in PbP format it will be hard to wait on players to wait on the results of their rolls from me, only then to post what their attack or action did. So, in some case like this, I will provide the narrative. If any of you have a change, or an addition, feel free to give it to me in your next post.

Cool?

:ooc: I forgot to add his Attribute Level to his Protection test, which is 4, but he still failed...

Bandobras Bracegirdle was pleased when he saw his arrow strike the goblin archer that stood across from him among the trees. It squawked as the thin Hobbit arrow took it in the shoulder.

At the same moment, Rorin raced up to stand by Esgalwen's side. The Dwarf's massive hammer in motion and being wielded like it was naught but a wood mallet instead of hafted steel. Rorin hated orcs. They were the bane of his folk and his blood still boiled at the memory of them swarming the field before the gates of Erebor.

He spun the hammer in a wide arc over his head and brought it down on the skull cap of the orc leader named Kor. There was a terrible crunching sound and a croak from the throat of Kor, as his neck was smashed downward. The orc collapsed dead, its companions looking on wide-eyed at the terrible wrath that was Rorin, Dwarf of Erebor!

:ooc: I just re-read things and I see that you have Rorin attacking Orc Soldier 1...well, I am leaving it as is cause I rolled out all the stuff for Orc Guard (Kor), and you still kicked his ass.

So, it stays as its played!

As the carnage erupts around him, Arbogast hefts his axe, narrows his eyes and advances on one of the orc soldiers.  The time has come to put some battering to his new shield...

An orc meets Arbogast's eyes and charges, bellowing with Shadow-fuelled rage.  Before it can swing its bent sword, though, the Woodman shifts his footing and the orc trips on an unseen root.  Arbogast's axe follows it down...
