:ooc: Let's hear what you've got!  Hathcyn's up first, then Gwaithlim who, because of his successful Stealth roll (:csu:) remains unseen and unsuspected...

Light footed and gliding across the ground Hathcyn closed with the guards.
 Spear leveled he engaged.

Hathcyn feints high with his spear-tip.  As the guard raises his shield to deflect the blow, he instead plunges the shaft into the man's leg, drawing forth a scream of pain and fear.

:ooc: You didn't specify which guard you were engaging, so I'm going to assign you the knot-bearded man (who loses 14 Endurance).

As the unlucky guard loses his footing, Luindîs takes aim and shoots...

:ooc: She's trying to finish off the knot-bearded man.

The hard, narrow tip of the she-Elf's arrow bursts through the guard's mail and, finding a gap between his ribs sinks deep into his side.  His cries of warning abruptly silenced he falls, never again to rise.

From the trees, the elvish arrow flies at the taller guard.

The other guard slumps noiselessly to the ground. A quiet call from Gwaithlim urges them into the building while he remains on-guard for others.
