Again three of the grenades go off and in this round, only Bando Gora #3 (soldier 1) is affected. He takes...
Roll(4d6)+0: 4,5,3,5,+0 Total:17
The Bando Gora sniper that stood at the helm of the skiff, preparing his weapon, was suddenly struck by blaster fire. BIT had lined up the shadowy shape in his scope and fired. At the same time, Kaida pulled the trigger on her carbine - both with the intent that the skiff would not leave the cavern. The two rounds of fire tore into the demi-human and took him apart. The remains of the Bando Gora fell to the deck of the skiff.
Aware now of their attackers, the Shade and his companions went into action. They tried to evade the explosives as they cooked off - some were successful, others were not.
:ooc: doug, Farok will not move his full speed forward. I want to time it so that I am getting there just as the last of the explosions are going off.
Caden cursed his luck more loudly than he meant to as his shots went far wide of his target.
He took a deep breath, lined up again and fired.
Lying prone atop the building, Kaida blinked away the light as more explosives blossomed into a fireball. She gave orders into her helmet's comm as she surveyed the scene, her scope and helmet optics quickly scanning over the skiff and enemy. She and BIT had taken the sniper down. One down... How many more?
"BIT target the other sniper. Fett and Caden, keep the fire on them. Farok, be careful, those explosives are still cooking off!"
:ooc: She'll do Inspire Haste on Farok if he can use it. On your next round you can do a standard action with your move action. Before she chooses a target, she'll wait for explosives again. Also, is there a weak spot she could aim and hit on the skiff to cause it to blow? Fuel/engine reactor or something? Is it like a civilian skiff where something like that might be easier to penetrate? Or is this one the equivalent of an armored vehicle?

"Roger that," Caden replied.
"
Best if I hit something," he thought, as he squeezed the trigger again.
:ooc: Doug, the scope has LL capability... the detail didn't get transferred over from plothook though i dont recall if that function requires an action to activate.
BIT lined up his next shot as advised. As dispassionate as the next of his profession, waited between heartbeats and squeezed the trigger.
Ranged Combat - Roll(1d20)+12: 18,+12 Total:30

:ooc: Okay... as usual, sorry for my real life delays - they are too common anymore... :|
Question Tom - you have initiative this round, although the cooking off grenades are implemented before you go. I had Farok almost in position to engage, but you posted above that you don't want him close yet... are you waiting for all grenades to go off first? So he only watches this round? Let me know...

:ooc: SUCCESS! Farok bats the Force Pike away!
The grenades continued to explode around the speeder, but they were having little effect against the Shade and his companions. Still, the companions did not wait for things to quiet. Brim and BIT both fired into the enemy and drew blood, along with Caden. The affect seemed to be only a furious counter...
Walking from the fires, Shade reached out with the Force and grabbed the young Rodian and Brim felt his throat constrict. All the while, the ominous horn-skull masked Bando Gora captain loomed towards Farok, also reaching out with the Force to cause the man to begin to relive his most terrible nightmares and memories. At the same time, the two remaining Bando Gora soldiers surged forward and slashed with their glowing staffs.
Fortunately for Brim and Farok, the attacks were feeble and Farok was able to parry one away while wrestling with his Force attacker.
:ooc: - Kaida didn't do an attack this round (round 2) as I was waiting for info on my question above. Also, did the explosives go off again this round? I thought they were going off rounds 1, 2, and 3 but maybe I was mistaken.
:ooc: Sorry Jared! I remember reading your post and needing to reply to it and to Telcontar's, but I only answered him before rolling through the rest of the round!
Anyway, to answer your question, it is a civillian style skiff and has little to no armor, but will still possess the natural damage reduction and hit points of any normal vehicle. I will post the stats below, but go ahead and give me your MOVE and/or STANDARD action for this round (SWIFT was used activating Inspire Haste). I will put your actions and any results in the correct order and adjust any posts that will be affected by them.
Here are the skiff stats:
Bantha II cargo skiff
Defenses: Ref 13 (flat-footed 11), Fort 22; +3 armor
hp 60;
DR 5;
Threshold 32

:ooc: Thanks Doug. Hmmm. Not sure there's a real weak spot to cause it to bloom up. Was hoping to catch them in an explosion from the vehicle. So, for round 2 she'll go ahead and shoot at the Sniper.
