:ooc: I am assuming with the end of this battle we will be going into a Fellowship Phase, yes?

If so, I have one more piece of RP'ing to write to add to this chapter, but otherwise, I have given everything from Esgalwen. I will add at need for conversations and inter-character dialogue, but I only have a little bit of narrative left to add.

I will wait for you to finish your narrative, Paul, and let us know if we are done before I add the balance.

Thanks!

:ooc: There's one more scene to come, but it takes place a week or two after the battle.  I'll have it up soon.

Hathcyn stood before the hall of Stanford. The banner of the bear firmly clutched and braced against his side while one arm slung wounded and throbbing at his side. He gazed out over the town and realized he had never been so far south before and yet he was still in the land of his people.

When Hathcyn's attention to the present returned he found that Walcaud Shield-Gnawed, the thegn from the burial cairn stood near him, the chiseled frown upon his face.

"Looking for more troubles?"

"Nay, only admiring the land of our folk and a portion of it I have not seen before."

"I have seen something today I'd not seen before. I'm no stranger to feeding the ravens, but today I a banner for all of our folk flown in a battle, a device to unite as all. Ever was it where the son of Beorn stood in its rightful place. Well done Hathcyn Ashbeor"

He turned, not waiting for a response, and with not another word he left Hathcyn where he had found him.

OOC: okay good! I've been keeping an eye on this thread and was waiting for the "scene" to be done before I take back over for Anar. I'm sorry for the delay. My wife has 3 surgeries and we had a major death in the family. But I'm back now and starting with the next scene I will take back the reigns to my character. Thank you guys for your patience!
