Situation: A garrison of Dugs (3) and Grans (8) bar the passage of a valley turn and must be engaged.
ALL Modifiers (situational, physical, weariness, wound conditions):
- All PC/NPC's will suffer a -5 penalty for firing into any melee, unless they are the ones in the melee or have the Precise Shot feat.
- Moving through the lake on foot will reduce Movement by 2.
- The attached map shows outlines of the lake and all firm terrain. A number indicates a tier level from the ground which is 1. A tier level is 6 feet and can be used for cover. Climbing a tier will need a Climb roll DC 10 + 2 for each tier level being climbed and cost 1 MOVEMENT, or it can be easily handled with a jetpack or Jedi Surge ability. The two level 5 tiers have access to them by either the step tiers on the first, or a graded slope up on the second.

Steeling himself after the attack on him, the clone sniper bore down. "How about a taste of this?" he sneered to himself, getting a better view of the gun's vulnerable area.

He looked for a reasonably covered spot to set up prone and steady his next shot.

Farok was making slow progress through the jungle. However he had a clear view of the Princess ahead of himself and immediately recognized that she was not fairing well. The one time padawan felt the force flowing into himself easily and quickly. On some level he realized that his use of the force might reveal his location and presence to the Dark Jedi, but he dismissed the idea to aid the Princess. He focused his thoughts and sent them out to the Princess and continued to make his way down the long valley.
:ooc: Doug, I'm going to use consular vitality to give Kaida a couple of hit points. 5+cha bonus.
BIT's blaster fire was clean. It struck the forward E-web and sliced right through the coupling that mounted the cannon to its tripod. The large weapon fell off of its stand and clanked to the ground unusable.
The valley was becoming quieter as the blaster fire began to wane. The Gran and Dug combattants were now thin in numbers and only one of the large guns was still manned. Yet, the gunner no longer had a companion to aid him with the cannon's power regulation and it became unstable, which reduced its cyclic firing rate and thus its effectiveness.

Caden shouted into his comlink while scanning the field in front of him, trying to find a way to get her out of the line of fire.
"Does anyone have eyes on her?"
He began to scramble toward her position, staying as low as he could, while scanning for a hiding spot they could get her into... if they could get her out in time.

Kaida - it costs a SWIFT action to catch your second wind - also... she is not hit with this attack; her Evasion talent removes any damage. The speeder bike on the other hand is a different story. If my attack hit the bike's REF defense, it will take half of the damage. It did, so the speeder has taken 9 damage for 4/40 (5DR)
Farok - I will add the hit points back to Kaida for your Consular Vitality
