OOC: Sorry, forgot to roll initiative again.

Roll(2d6)+3: 5,3,+3 Total:11

As the warg fell heavy on the saturated earth, Fengel made haste to Edrahil's aid.  He figured Dirnhael could handle the foul creature for a few more moments, however Edrahil was not much of a fighter against one assailant, let alone two.  His strength and powers were needed more against the foul magic of the wolf man.

OOC: I can't remember if Dirnhael had his shield. I assume he always carries it with him, but I didn't know if Middle-earth folk often carried shields into pubs with them. Unless you tell me otherwise, Tomcat, I'll assume he doesn't have it. It has a +3 parry bonus if he does.

***

The man-wolf's furious attacks were driven by his rage, and easily deflected by Dirnhael. Perhaps Koskas' anger was making him vulnerable, he thought. He drew Vorandur back, intending to find out.

The Sagath was unable to defend himself due to the horrible weather conditions and he fell quickly to the series of swift strokes from Fengel. Edrahil also slashed his sword into the other, blinded, Easterling warrior.

Unfortunately for Dirnhael, his attack was batted away. Still, Koskas looked about and saw that whatever advantage of numbers he had was now gone.

As the warrior fell Fengel turned in the direction of Dirnhael and the beast.  While the blood of Koskas's two minions dripped from Cerduil, Fengel began to move to aid Dirnhael.  The feeling of retribution being resolved coursed through his veins and he only hoped that he would get the chance to plunge his sword into this beast of Harizan's.
