The orc scout rode back into the encampment and slid off his warg. He quickly ran to Graush who sat by the fire gnawing on a meat-covered bone, "I have found tracks Graush... fresh ones made by horses. At least two passed by the town earlier this night!"

The excitement of the orc made Graush stand up and pay closer attention. The smaller orc pleaded excitedly, "Let us attack them and have delicious horse-flesh for a meal, or better yet... man-flesh!"

Graush listened as he looked off to the east of the ruined town, but then shook his head. It was never wise to race off against an unknown opponent. What if there are more than two? What if this was a scouting party of the stinking Elves in Rivendell? No. He was smarter than that.

"We will follow these tracks and learn who these travelers are... and when the moment is right, we shall gut them and take all of their spoils!"

The smaller orc looked a bit disappointed but he would never dare challenge Graush, instead he grumbled off towards a seat round the fire. He stpped quick when he heard Graush yell...

"Where do you think you are going you lazy bag? Re-mount... you are going to show us these tracks."

Durgil couldn't take it any longer -- all this sitting around and not doing much of anything got him restless.  "I'm scout around to make sure we don't have any hidden company lurking near.  Fear not, I will not stray too far off the beaten path."

Gathering his weapons, he dons a dark cloak and disappears silently into the night.

OOC: He will go no further from the firelight than 2 rounds of running 50-75 ft unless there is cause to do so such as to investigate something suspicious.

After Durgil left, Dirnhael started to worry.
They were spread thin now, and didn't know what, if anything, they were facing.

Dirnhael feared that if worse came to worst, they would be easy prey for any attacker waiting for them.

At this point, there was nothing to do but wait and hold the campsite, in hopes that all would return quickly.
He looked over at Nain, who looked mildly annoyed at... well, everything - and Dirnhael found the Dwarf's gruff demeanor to be reassuring.
